This example allows you to rotate the carousel in several ways. The most evident way would be to use the scrollbar, or click on an image. However, you can also use the mouse scroll wheel or drag the carousel with the mouse. To drag the carousel, click somewhere in the carousel's area (not on the images) and while keeping the button pressed, drag the mouse. The carousel will slowly stop once you release the mouse button. Also, you can see that each item can have a tooltip.
